    1. This concern is built into all of us, either by design or evolutionary adaption. Pursuing it is a fundamental need, but in our culture it has been subjugated to more pressing needs like food, money, and entertainment. Ultimate concerns lie in our sub-conscious mind creating a feeling of dissatisfaction and sometimes boil up causing depression, anxiety, or even suicide.

    1. My information comes mainly from study and experience with psychology, history, and theology. It’s documented in Climbing Higher.

  12. I have been studying the relationship between spirituality, mind, and physical reality for many years. The interactions of consciousness and matter is especially fascinating while equally frustrating.

    Dr. Wheeler’s approach outlined in his two books has been quite useful for me to distill the complexities of the various fields into manageable and understandable portions. His use of appropriate allegories makes the reading about otherwise complex subjects very enjoyable and engaging.

    I am looking forward to more illumination from his writing and website .

  13. I add to previous comment that this is a needed attempt to answer our questions about the meaning of life.
    Mystics, philosophers and scientists have been and are still trying to answer the fundamental questions that may helps us to transit in this fantastic , tragic at times ,and beautiful road of our lives.
